We
have a 9.30am class every morning, designed so that the children can be
dropped-off at school and you can get to class. There are also 2
lunchtime Cycle30 classes to give you more options. The different
classes will improve your cardio fitness and help to strengthen muscles,
plus you’ll meet some lovely people and have fun! All Levels Welcome!
Monday 9.30am - Cycle45
Tuesday 9.30am - Strike (30mins) 12.15 - Cycle30
Wednesday 9.30am - Cycle45
Thursday 9.30am - Legs, Bums & Tums 12.15 - Cycle30
Friday 9.30am - Cycle Body Blast
And we’ve got classes at the weekend too, check out the schedule.
From Sunday 7th May, Gentle Yoga will run from 10.15-11.15am, giving those that do Cycle30 time to get to class.
