Please use this QR code to donate. We’re also holding a Jumble Sale on  Saturday 3rd February, more details to follow and we’re accepting donations now!We also ran a raffle over the last few weeks and raised £320.

Booking & Cancelling Classes

MCC is getting more popular every year with demand on classes rising all the time. There are certain classes where booking is essential as the class may have limited equipment, like Cycle30 or is over-subscribed so space is at a premium.

We understand that life can get in the way sometimes so please try to cancel your booked space as it will allow fellow exercisers to get on to the class.

MCC knows which members book and are no-shows. So please be considerate to your fellow exercisers - if you don’t cancel you stop someone else joining the class!

Gym Challenge - Rowing!

This month we’re encouraging you to try the Rowing Machine. They’re easy to use and a good non-weight bearing exercise that will improve cardio, so improves heart fitness. Rowing works your arms, legs, back and core, therefore can help with your overall posture.

This month, see how quickly you can row 2,000M, we think it will take approximately 10mins. You can add your times to the white board. Good luck!

Celebrate at MCC

Book the Jubilee room for your special event - wedding, anniversary, special birthday, or do you need an excuse to get your friends and family together to have a fun time???
From £250 you can have the room from 6pm-12am, including access to the well equipped kitchen and a fully staffed bar.
MCC will set up the tables and chairs as you prefer, ready for you to decorate the room.
